Brezel

Blog No Comments

OR  Pretzel bread is popular in southern Germany and adjoining German-speaking areas, as well as in some areas of the United States which is basically made from wheat flour, water and yeast, glazed with Iye, usually sprinkled with coarse salt, hand-sized and made for consumption on the same day. To avoid confusion with any other pretzel kind, German speakers call this variety “Laugenbrezel” (lye pretzel). Asian people might not like Pretzel so much as it tastes a little bit salty. Try to eat it with butter, you’ll like it.

The picture above was captured during my visit to Berlin this year. Although the shot is simple and in low quality, i really love it. Once i saw the final result after scanned the film, the first thing came in my mind was, ‘wow..this is the best picture out of 24 pictures of that roll’. I can feel something out of this shot. The other 23 pictures kind of normal or cliché for me.
